- Amazon.com gift certificates.
- Parasson's gift certificates.
- Olive Garden gift certificates.
- Any size donation to Wikipedia.
- Money for computer-related purchases (new hardware and supplies).
Other Things
- Green laser pointer. Must take AA or AAA batteries.
- Low-powered stereo microscope, something along these lines. I love playing with these and it would be fantastic for Nora as she gets older.
- Portable home planetarium projector (the kind what puts stars on the ceiling).
- 32-42″ flat-screen HDTV.
- iPad (prefer wi-fi only, 64 GB, but let's be serious, I'd be ecstatic with any of them).
- Red fitted sheet (full)
Little Things I Always Like
- Interesting, cool, and/or unique ViewMaster reels.
- Cool/interesting/unique stickers. Flat only, no 3D stickers (puffy stickers and the like).
- Bee brand standard poker-size playing cards.
- Wax potpourri tarts.
Foods I like but never get for myself
- Smoked Oysters. (No smoked baby clams.)
- Chocolate-covered pretzels.
- Jelly Bellies.
- Peanut Butter Cups (or any candy consisting of chocolate and peanut butter).
- Marinated artichoke hearts.
- Nuts, especially:
- Unsalted cashews.
- Chocolate-covered cashews.
- Pistachios without shells.
- Macadamia nuts (coated, flavored, plain, whatever).
- Cheese, especially:
- Dubliner.
- Vlaskaas.
- Da Vinci.
- Raspberry BellaVitano.
- Prairie Breeze.
- Malted milk balls (especially the eggs you get at Easter).
- Candy corn.
- Donuts.
